Is my data secure?
Absolutely. HIVA is hosted on Microsoft Azure with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Each company has completely isolated data and it's never used to train external models.
Can I add or reduce agents at any time?
Yes. You can add agents whenever you need with immediate proration. Reduction applies in the next billing cycle.
What communication channels does HIVA support?
